Rob began his career in nonprofits in 2006, when he worked as the Volunteer Manager and Outreach Worker for a program that served young people experiencing homelessness. Driven to learn more in order to better serve his community, Rob relocated to St. Louis where he earned his Master’s of Social Work
Throughout his career, Rob has grown his knowledge in program development, program evaluation, staff development and management, and fiscal management. His passion for serving his community has not wavered. Opportunity House was born from the desire to empower communities to create lasting change.

M. is a community care practitioner with 10+ years experience working at the intersections of healing, justice, and liberation to co-create worlds where we access freedom with greater ease. M. specializes in growing systems-survival work in ways that center the dignity and agency of all marginalized lives. M.’s background in transformative justice and restorative justice shapes their anti-carceral and collaborative approach to providing holistic mental health, therapeutic support, and liberatory accompaniment to the communities they serve.
